Final Stock Price means the average of the Closing Prices for the 20 Trading Days (as herein defined) during the 20-trading-day-period ending on and including the last Trading Day of the Measurement Period (as hereinafter defined).

Final Stock Price means a company’s 20-trading day average closing stock price on its principal stock exchange through and including the last trading-day of the Performance Period.

Final Stock Price means the sum of (i) and (ii) where (i) is the average closing stock price of the Common Stock for the last thirty (30) trading days of the Performance Period and (ii) is any dividends paid per share over the Performance Period.

Final Stock Price means the average of the Closing Prices for the twenty (20) Trading Days during the period ending on and including the last Trading Day of the applicable Measurement Period.

Final Stock Price of Lilly Stock shall mean the average of the closing price of a share of Lilly Stock on the New York Stock Exchange for each trading day in the last two months of the Award Period, rounded to the nearest cent.
