Financed Facility definition

Financed Facility means the portion of the Project being financed or refinanced with the proceeds of the Bonds as described on Exhibit D.

Financed Facility means any of the property financed or refinanced with the proceeds of the Original Obligations as described on Exhibit C.

Financed Facility means any of the property financed or refinanced with the proceeds of the Bonds as described on Exhibit D.

• The Bond Compliance Officer will prepare and complete an Annual Compliance Checklist for the Financed Facility at least annually in accordance with the Tax Compliance Procedure.

• Based on this computation, the “average maturity” of the Bonds as computed by Bond Counsel, does not exceed the average reasonably expected economic life of the Financed Facility.

• Throughout the Measurement Period, no portion of the Financed Facility has been or is expected to be used in a Non-Qualified Use.

More Definitions of Financed Facility

Financed Facility means any of the property financed or refinanced with the proceeds of the Original Obligations as described on Exhibit C hereto.

Financed Facility means that part of a Project Facility treated as financed with proceeds of a Participant Loan as reflected in a Final Written Allocation or, if no Final Written Allocation was prepared, the accounting records of the Trustee, the Authority or the Participant, as the case may be, and the Tax Compliance Agreement for the Tax-Exempt Bonds.

Financed Facility means the portion of the Project being financed or refinanced with the Bond proceeds as described on Exhibit D hereto.

Financed Facility means each nursing home described in Exhibit G through Q hereof and any Substitute Financed Facility.
