Financed Inventory definition

Financed Inventory means any inventory of the Dealer which is supplied or financed by the Supplier;
Financed Inventory means each piece of inventory contained in the most recent schedule of inventory provided in conjunction with the most recent Credit Line Certificate.
Financed Inventory has the meaning set forth in Section 2(b).

  • With respect to any Inventory Financing Sublimit Borrowing, such Inventory Financing Sublimit Borrowing shall be deemed to have been used to finance the Eligible Inventory specified in the applicable Borrowing Request (Financed Inventory) in accordance with clauses (i), (ii) and (iii) of the preceding sentence, regardless of the manner in which the proceeds of such Inventory Financing Sublimit Borrowing are actually applied.

More Definitions of Financed Inventory

Financed Inventory means all inventory (as such term is defined by the Code) acquired or to be acquired by Dealer at any time or from time-to-time from Vendor in the ordinary course of Dealer's business with proceeds of Loans made by FINOVA to, or for the benefit of, Dealer, including, but not limited to Financed Inventory bearing Vendor's trademark, and all additions to and accession of such inventory, including software integrated or installed thereon by Vendor, Dealer or any third party and any of such Financed Inventory returned to or repossessed by Dealer, and all documents of title or other documents representing Financed Inventory.
Financed Inventory is all Eligible Inventory which Bank finances and makes an Inventory Advance, as set forth in Section 2.1.2.
Financed Inventory means all __________ Vehicle Inventory and/or Used Motor Vehicle Inventory held for sale, lease or rent or being possessed for sale, lease or rent in Borrower's business located at the above address or at any other address at which the Borrower shall do business selling ___________ Vehicle Inventory, as now or hereafter conducted, together with all increases, parts, fittings, radios, accessories and special tools now or hereafter affixed to any or any part thereof and all replacements of all or any part thereof.
Financed Inventory means all Used Motor Vehicle Inventory held for sale, lease or rent or being possessed for sale, lease or rent, now held at or hereafter acquired for, Borrower's business located at 200 Xxxxx Xxxxxxxx Xxxxx, Xxxx Xxxx Xxxxx, Xxxxxxx 00000, together with all increases, parts, fittings, radios, accessories and special tools now or hereafter affixed to any or any part thereof and all replacements of all or any part thereof.
Financed Inventory means New Products and Used Products now or hereafter financed by BMO.
Financed Inventory means Borrower's new and used Inventory, the purchase of which is financed in whole or in part with an Advance made pursuant to this Agreement, or which is owned by Borrower at the time of the Advance and is the subject of an Advance made pursuant to this Agreement.
Financed Inventory is defined in Section 2.1.1(a)(ii). Financed Inventory stops being Financed Inventory (but remains Collateral) when the Inventory Advance made for the Financed Inventory has been fully paid.
