Financial Data definition

Financial Data means any financial and market data, price quotes, news, analyst opinions, research reports, signals, graphs or any other data or information whatsoever available through the Trading Platform.
Financial Data means any number or other personal data used to identify an account opened by, or card or payment instrument issued by a financial institution to a data principal or any personal data regarding the relationship between a financial institution and a data principal including financial status and credit history;

More Definitions of Financial Data

Financial Data shall have the meaning set forth in Section 3.13(c).
Financial Data means financial information, including the Financial Statements, and statistical and accounting data (other than industry data derived from industry sources or based upon estimates of management of the applicable person);
