Financial Guarantees definition

Financial Guarantees means this Financial Guarantee and the AGM Financial Guarantee.
Financial Guarantees means performance guarantees, retention guarantees and advance payment guarantees;
Financial Guarantees means any financial guarantee issued by a Relevant Financial Guarantor in respect of any Wrapped Debt and "Financial Guarantee" shall be construed accordingly.

More Definitions of Financial Guarantees

Financial Guarantees means every financial guarantee in the Agreement (as opposed to Performance Guarantee identified in Exhibit C), including without limitation: every Average Annual Guarantee, every Specialty Drug Minimum Guaranteed Discount, the Specialty Drug Default Discount Guarantee and every Financial Benefit Guarantee.
Financial Guarantees means any collateral supplied by any company belonging to the Group to financial entities to guarantee a loan transaction or by other fund supplying entities to guarantee any transaction that obliges the return of funds or payment of interest and/or generates a cost of carry, as well as any other counterguarantees supplied by the latter to any company belonging to the Group, for the afore-mentioned purpose, which incurs a cost of carry. To avoid any doubts, it is expressly stated that Technical guarantees and the counterguarantees that may be undersigned by Group companies with financial organisations precisely to achieve that such organisations can issue said Technical Guarantees, are excluded from this definition.
