Financial Ratio definition

Financial Ratio and “Financial Ratio Test Period” are defined in the Margining Agreement.
Financial Ratio means any financial ratio or financial covenant set out in the letter of offer;
Financial Ratio and “Financial Ratio Test Period” are defined in the definition ofRevaluation Event” herein.

Examples of Financial Ratio in a sentence

  • The Initial Security Deposit shall be increased to an amount equal to eighteen (18) months of the Basic Rent then in effect within twenty (20) days following the date on which Tower fails to be in compliance at any time with either of the Financial Ratio Tests.

  • The provisions of Section 4.1(b) and (h) will terminate upon the earliest to occur of (i) the third anniversary of the date hereof, (ii) the date on which the Purchasers no longer owns shares of Series A Preferred having an aggregate Series A Liquidation Preference of at least $125 million, and (iii) the later to occur of (A) the first anniversary of the date hereof and (B) the Financial Ratio Date.

  • Non-compliance with the Financial Ratio levels established in the terms and with the requirements set out in section 22.3.

More Definitions of Financial Ratio

Financial Ratio means (individually and collectively) the ratios and covenants set out in clause 17.
