Financial Review means a review of the financial situation, investment objectives and other particular needs of the Client obtained via a Financial Review Form or such other method as CGS-CIMB may from time to time prescribe;

Financial Review means audited financial statements.
Financial Review. In accordance with 2 CFR Subpart F, the PROVIDER shall submit, upon request of the PAYOR, financial statements and related reports and schedules that accurately reflect the financial position of the PROVIDER. PROVIDER must submit, upon request of the PAYOR, its financial statements and supporting reports and schedules as presented to its governance authority.
