Financial Statement Approval Date definition

Financial Statement Approval Date means the date on which the audited financial statements of the Company for any given Fiscal Year have been finally approved by the auditing firm engaged by the Company to review such statements (which approval shall in no event occur later than March 31 of the calendar year immediately following the applicable Fiscal Year).
Financial Statement Approval Date means for a given fiscal year the date that the Board approves the audited financial statements of the Issuer for such fiscal year of the Issuer, but in no event shall a Financial Statement Approval Date for a given fiscal year be later than the last Business Day of the immediately following fiscal year of the Issuer;
