Financial Statement Delivery Date definition
Financial Statement Delivery Date means the earlier of the date on which the Loan Parties deliver or are required to deliver their financial statements to the Administrative Agent and the Lenders under Section 6.02(a), Section 6.02(b) or Section 6.02(c), as the case may be.
Financial Statement Delivery Date means each date on which the Company delivers financial statements under Section 5.01(a) or (b) (including by filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission and notifying the Administrative Agent of such filing as provided in Section 5.01).

Financial Statement Delivery Date means each date upon which the respective officer’s certificate is delivered pursuant to Section 7.01(c) (together with the related financial statements pursuant to Section 7.01(a)).
