Financing Document definition

Financing Document means any credit agreement, guarantee, financing or security agreement or other agreements or instruments governing indebtedness of the Company or any of the Company Subsidiaries.
Financing Document has the meaning set forth in Section 3.3(b)(v).
Financing Document means each of this Note, the Notes, the Agreement and any other document entered into, executed or delivered under or in connection with, or for the purpose of amending, any of such documents.

  • Nothing contained in this Agreement or in any other Financing Document shall be deemed or construed to create a partnership, tenancy-in-common, joint tenancy, joint venture or co-ownership by, between or among the Secured Parties and the Borrower or any other Person.

  • Nothing in this Agreement or any other Financing Document, express or implied, shall give to any Person, other than the parties hereto and thereto and their successors and permitted assigns hereunder or thereunder, any benefit or any legal or equitable right or remedy under this Agreement.

Financing Document means a lease, sublease, installment sale agreement, conditional sale agreement, loan agreement, mortgage, deed of trust guaranty agreement, or other agreement for the purpose of providing funds to pay or secure debt service on revenue bonds.

Financing Document means any of this Agreement, the Notes, if any, the Security Documents, the Intercreditor Agreement, any Issuer Documents, the Fee Letters, the Collateral Agency Appointment Agreement and all other documents, certificates, instruments or agreements executed and delivered by or on behalf of Borrower for the benefit of any Agent, any Issuing Bank or any Lender in connection herewith on or after the date hereof.
