Fire official definition

Fire official means any fire official authorized to enforce the state or local fire code.
Fire official means the local government official who administers a fire code enforcement or prevention program.
Fire official means any appointed or elected local official with overall executive responsibility to coordinate fire, rescue, or emergency medical services in the jurisdiction in which a fire, emergency, disaster, or catastrophic event has occurred.
