Firm Aircraft definition

Firm Aircraft means the firm order Aircraft referred to in Article 2.1
Firm Aircraft means any or all of the Aircraft to be sold by American to FedEx pursuant to Section 2.01.
Firm Aircraft means the Aircraft specified in Article 2.1.

Examples of Firm Aircraft in a sentence

  • A319 Aircraft - any or all of the (i) A319 Firm Aircraft; or (ii) Option Aircraft or Rolling Option Aircraft that have been converted into firmly ordered A319 aircraft.

  • Firm Aircraft - any or all of the A319 Firm Aircraft, A321 Firm Aircraft and Additional A319 Firm Aircraft.

  • The Base Price of the Additional A321 Aircraft will be the same as for the A321 Firm Aircraft, the terms and conditions of which are set forth in Clause 3 of the Agreement.

More Definitions of Firm Aircraft

Firm Aircraft shall have the meaning set forth in Letter Agreements 6-1162-AKP-075, 6-1162-AKP-089, 6-1162-AKP-100, 6-1162-AKP-110 and 6-1162-TRW-0664, as applicable or as may be subsequently amended. “[CONFIDENTIAL PORTION OMITTED AND FILED SEPARATELY WITH THE COMMISSION PURSUANT TO A REQUEST FOR CONFIDENTIAL TREATMENT]:
Firm Aircraft means one or more, as the context so requires, of the twenty (20) ATR 72-600 aircraft to be firmly acquired hereunder and as more particularly described in the Specification in Appendix A (Specification).
Firm Aircraft means: (a) the [CONFIDENTIAL PORTION OMITTED AND FILED SEPARATELY WITH THE COMMISSION PURSUANT TO A REQUEST FOR CONFIDENTIAL TREATMENT].identified as of the date hereof on Table 1 to the 787-923 Purchase Agreement; and (b) any aircraft incorporated after the date hereof in an Applicable Purchase Agreement pursuant to Section 8 hereof.
Firm Aircraft means: (a) Boeing model 737-823 Aircraft identified as of the date hereof on Tables 1D, 1E and 1F to the 737-823 Purchase Agreement; and (b) any aircraft incorporated after the date hereof in an Applicable Purchase Agreement pursuant to Section 8 hereof.
Firm Aircraft individually, means any of the fifty (50) new firm-ordered PW1100G-JM engine-powered A320neo family aircraft identified in the Delivery Schedule as “Firm Aircraft” to be delivered to Spirit in accordance with the Delivery Schedule, and collectively, all fifty (50) of such aircraft.
Firm Aircraft means the 13 (thirteen) firmly ordered Airbus A330-200 aircraft powered by Engines, which Hawaiian has entered into a purchase agreement with Airframer for delivery in accordance with the schedule set out in Exhibit A of this Agreement as may be amended from time to time by the parties.
Firm Aircraft means the Aircraft specified in Article 2.1. 1.18 "Non-Excusable Delay": any delay in the delivery of an Aircraft or in the performance of any act by Embraer under this Agreement that is not an Excusable Delay. 1.19 "Option Aircraft": shall have the meaning assigned to such term in Article 22. 1.20 "Parties": shall mean Embraer and Buyer. 1.21 "Product Support Package": shall mean the products and Services to be provided by Embraer as per Article 13. 1.22 "Purchase Price": shall mean the Aircraft total price, effective on the relevant Aircraft Contractual Delivery Date, resulting from the application of the escalation formula contained in Attachment "D” to the Basic Price as set forth in Article 3.3. 1.23 "Services": shall mean the familiarization and on-site support for the Aircraft, part of the Product Support Package, as specified in Attachment "B". 1.24 "Technical Publications": shall mean the technical documentation pertaining and related to the Aircraft as listed in Exhibit 1 to Attachment "B". References to Articles or Attachments in the main body of this Purchase Agreement shall be deemed to be references to Articles of or Attachments to this Agreement, respectively, except as the context requires otherwise.
