Examples of Firm Orders in a sentence
Firm Orders submitted to Patheon will specify Client's purchase order number, quantities by Product type, monthly delivery schedule, and any other elements necessary to ensure the timely manufacture and shipment of the Products.
Patheon will accept Firm Orders by sending an acknowledgement to Client within ten Business Days of its receipt of the Firm Order.
Open purchase orders for Components no longer required under any revised Specifications that were placed by Patheon with suppliers in order to fill Firm Orders or under Section 5.2 will be cancelled where possible, and if the orders may not be cancelled without penalty, will be assigned to and satisfied by Client.
