First Amendment Deed definition

First Amendment Deed means the deed of amendment to the Liquidity Facility Agreement implementing the First Proposed Amendments.
First Amendment Deed means the document entitled “First Amendment Deed – Loan Note Subscription Agreemententered into on or before the First Amendment Date between the parties to this Agreement, pursuant to which, amongst other things, this Agreement is amended.
