First Amendment Distribution definition

First Amendment Distribution means an amount not greater than $9,570,000.
First Amendment Distribution means a one-time Restricted Payment made by the Borrower to the holders of its Equity Interests at any time during the period from and including the First Amendment Effective Date through and including December 9, 2019 in compliance with the requirements of Section 9.3(e) in an aggregate amount not to exceed $17,000,000.
First Amendment Distribution means the payment (or series of payments) of cash dividends or other cash returns of capital (including through stock repurchases) to the holders of Capital Stock of Company in an aggregate amount not to exceed the First Amendment Distribution Amount.
