First Lien Notes definition

First Lien Notes means the 8.000% first lien secured notes due April 1, 2027, issued by Frontier pursuant to the First Lien Notes Indenture.
First Lien Notes means, collectively, the: (a) 11.25% Senior Secured Notes due 2017, issued in the aggregate principal amount of $2,095,000,000 pursuant to the 11.25% First Lien Notes Indenture; (b) 8.50% Senior Secured Notes due 2020, issued in the original principal amount of $1,250,000,000 pursuant to the 8.50% First Lien Notes Indenture; and (c) 9.00% Senior Secured Notes due 2020, issued in the aggregate principal amount of $3,000,000,000 pursuant to the 9.00% First Lien Notes Indentures.
