First Lien Notes Trustee definition

First Lien Notes Trustee means Wilmington Trust, National Association, in its capacity as trustee under the First Lien Notes Indenture, together with its successors and permitted assigns.

First Lien Notes Trustee means, at any time, the trustee under the First Lien Notes.

First Lien Notes Trustee shall have the meaning assigned to that term in the recitals to this Agreement, and shall include any successor thereto as well as any Person designated as “Trustee” under any First Lien Notes Indenture.
