First Lien Security Documents definition

First Lien Security Documents means the Security Documents and any other agreement, document or instrument pursuant to which a lien is granted or purported to be granted securing First Lien Obligations or under which rights or remedies with respect to such liens are governed, in each case to the extent relating to the collateral securing the First Lien Obligations.
First Lien Security Documents means, collectively, (i) the Credit Agreement Collateral Documents and (ii) the Other First Lien Security Documents.
First Lien Security Documents means the Security Documents (other than any Security Documents that do not secure the First Lien Obligations).

  • In the event of any conflict or inconsistency between the provisions of this Agreement and the provisions of any of the First-Lien Security Documents or any of the other Secured Credit Documents, the provisions of this Agreement shall control.
