First Put Option definition

First Put Option has the meaning assigned to it in Section 2.1 of this Put Option Agreement.

First Put Option means the option granted by the Optionee to the Grantors in Clause 2.3;

More Definitions of First Put Option

First Put Option means the right of the Company to issue and sell Common Shares to the Buyer in accordance with and subject to Section 5.1(a) of this Agreement.
