First Supplement definition

First Supplement means the First Supplemental Indenture of Trust, dated as of March 1, 2002 between the Issuer and the Trustee, as amended or supplemented in accordance with the terms thereof and of the Indenture.

First Supplement means the First Supplement to Indenture of Trust, dated as of [November 1], 2021, by and between the Successor Agency and the Trustee, as the same may be amended from time to time in accordance with the terms of the Original Indenture.

First Supplement means the First Supplement to the Master Credit Agreement (Revolving Term Facility) between Borrower and Lender dated the date hereof, as amended, restated, supplemented, or otherwise modified from time to time.
