First Supplemental Resolution definition

First Supplemental Resolution means the Supplemental Resolution adopted December 19, 1996 authorizing the issuance of the Series 1997 Bonds, as from time to time amended and supplemented.
First Supplemental Resolution means the First Supplemental Resolution authorizing the issuance, sale and delivery of the Series 2018 Bonds, adopted by the Board on March 1, 2018, as the same may be amended or supplemented from time to time as permitted thereby.
First Supplemental Resolution means the First Supplemental Resolution Related to Multi-Family Mortgage Revenue Bonds (Beekman Tower), 2009 Series A adopted by the Corporation on February 27, 2008 and any amendments or supplements made in accordance with its terms and the terms of the General Resolution.
