First Target Distribution definition

First Target Distribution means $0.4025 per Unit per Quarter (or, with respect to the period commencing on the Closing Date and ending on September 30, 2005, it means the product of $0.4025 multiplied by a fraction of which the numerator is the number of days in such period, and of which the denominator is 92), subject to adjustment in accordance with Section 6.6 and Section 6.9.
First Target Distribution means $0.4025 per Common Unit per Quarter, subject to adjustment in accordance with Section 6.5.
First Target Distribution means $0.445625 per Unit per Quarter (or, with respect to periods of less than a full fiscal quarter, it means the product of such amount multiplied by a fraction of which the numerator is the number of days in such period, and the denominator is the total number of days in such quarter), subject to adjustment in accordance with Sections 5.11, 6.6 and 6.9.

Examples of First Target Distribution in a sentence

  • In the event of a distribution of Available Cash that is deemed to be from Capital Surplus, the then applicable Minimum Quarterly Distribution, First Target Distribution, Second Target Distribution and Third Target Distribution, shall be reduced in the same proportion that the distribution had to the fair market value of the Common Units prior to the announcement of the distribution.

  • First Target Distribution and Second Target Distribution shall also be subject to adjustment pursuant to Section 6.8.

First Target Distribution means $0.2425 per Unit per Quarter (or, with respect to the period commencing on the Closing Date and ending on June 30, 2007, it means the product of $0.4313 multiplied by a fraction of which the numerator is the number of days in such period, and of which the denominator is the total number of days in the Quarter in which the Closing Date occurs), subject to adjustment in accordance with Section 6.4.
First Target Distribution has the meaning assigned to such term in Section 5.8(h).
