If the Amended Tax Amount is less than the cumulative Tax Distributions previously made by the Partnership in respect of the relevant Fiscal Year, then the difference (the “Credit Amount”) shall be applied against, and shall reduce, the amount of Tax Distributions made for subsequent Fiscal Years.
If the Final Tax Amount is less than the Amended Tax Amount in respect of the relevant Fiscal Year, then the difference (“Additional Credit Amount”) shall be applied against, and shall reduce, the amount of Tax Distributions made for subsequent Fiscal Years.
GRANTEE shall enter into an agreement with an outside auditor no later than sixty (60) days before the end of each Fiscal Year calling for the financial and compliance audit of GRANTEE’s Fiscal Years that are covered by this Agreement.
An audit report must be completed and posted in PDF format on WebGrants within six months of the end of each of the GRANTEE's Fiscal Years covered by this AGREEMENT.
CbC Reports with respect to Fiscal Years of MNE Groups commencing on or after January 1, 2017 are intended to be exchanged as soon as possible and no later than 15 months after the last day of the Fiscal Year of the MNE Group to which the CbC Report relates.
