Fitch Rating means, at any time, the rating issued by Fitch and then in effect with respect to the Borrower’s senior unsecured long-term public debt securities without third-party credit enhancement (it being understood that if the Borrower does not have any outstanding debt securities of the type described above but has an indicative rating from Fitch for debt securities of such type, then such indicative rating shall be used for determining the “Fitch Rating”).
Fitch Rating means, on any date of determination, the rating accorded the Borrower’s senior unsecured long-term debt by Fitch (or if the Obligations are secured, the rating accorded to the Borrower’s senior secured long-term debt by Fitch), or if such rating is unavailable, the Borrower’s long-term issuer default rating accorded to it by Fitch.

The Status in effect on any date for purposes of this Pricing Schedule is based on the applicable Fitch Rating, Xxxxx’x Rating and S&P Rating in effect at the close of business on such date.
More Definitions of Fitch Rating
Fitch Rating means, with respect to any Collateral Obligation, as of any date of determination, the rating determined in accordance with the following methodology:
Fitch Rating means the most recently-announced rating from time to time of Fitch assigned to any class of long-term senior, unsecured debt securities issued by Prologis, as to which no letter of credit, guaranty or third party credit support is in place, regardless of whether any such Indebtedness has been issued at the time such rating was issued.
Fitch Rating means, at any time, the rating issued by Fitch and then in effect with respect to the Borrower’s public corporate credit rating.
Fitch Rating. The meaning specified in Schedule 6.
Fitch Rating means, with respect to any Collateral Asset, either (i) the public rating issued by Fitch (based on tranche rating and not corporate family rating) or (ii) any credit estimate issued by Fitch received by the Borrower or the Collateral Manager.
Fitch Rating means the rating assigned by Fitch Ratings Inc., or any successor thereto that is a nationally recognized rating agency to the outstanding senior unsecured non-credit enhanced long-term indebtedness of a person (or, if neither such division nor any successor shall be in the business of rating long-term indebtedness, a nationally recognized rating agency in the United States as mutually agreed between the Required Banks and Borrower). Any reference herein to any specific rating is a reference to such rating as currently defined by Fitch Ratings Inc. (or such a successor) and shall be deemed to refer to the equivalent rating if such rating system changes.
