Fixed Asset Lien definition

Fixed Asset Lien means a Lien granted to the Fixed Asset Representative for the benefit of the holders of Fixed Asset Obligations, at any time, upon the Collateral to secure Fixed Asset Obligations.
Fixed Asset Lien means a Lien granted by a security document to the collateral trustee, at any time, upon any property of the Issuer or any Guarantor to secure Fixed Asset Debt Obligations.
Fixed Asset Lien means any Lien created by the Fixed Asset Security Documents.
