Fixed Rate Interest Period definition

Fixed Rate Interest Period means the period beginning on (and including) the Issue Date and ending on (but excluding) the first Fixed Rate Interest Payment Date and each successive period beginning on (and including) a Fixed Rate Interest Payment Date and ending on (but excluding) the next succeeding Fixed Rate Interest Payment Date.
Fixed Rate Interest Period means the period commencing on the Initial Borrowing Date and ending on the immediately succeeding Fixed Interest Payment Date and thereafter each period commencing on a Fixed Interest Payment Date and ending on the immediately succeeding Fixed Interest Payment Date.
Fixed Rate Interest Period means each Interest Period falling within the Fixed Rate Period (if any);

Examples of Fixed Rate Interest Period in a sentence

  • An expiring Fixed Rate Advance may not be renewed for a new Fixed Rate Interest Period if a Default Period is in effect, unless a Rate Hedge applies to the Fixed Rate Advance.

  • Interest accruing on any Fixed Rate Advance shall be due and payable on the last day of the applicable Fixed Rate Interest Period and on the Termination Date; provided, however, that if a Fixed Rate Interest Period is in excess of one month, and is not subject to a Rate Hedge, then interest shall nevertheless be due and payable monthly on the last day of each month, and on the last day of the Fixed Rate Interest Period.

More Definitions of Fixed Rate Interest Period

Fixed Rate Interest Period means the period from (and including) a Fixed Interest Date (or the Interest Commencement Date) to (but excluding) the next (or first) Fixed Interest Date.
