Fixed Rate Mode definition

Fixed Rate Mode means the Mode during which the Bonds or any subseries thereof bear interest at a Fixed Rate.
Fixed Rate Mode means the Mode in which the interest rate on the Bonds is fixed untilthe final Maturity Date.
Fixed Rate Mode means the period during which Bonds of a Series bear interest at aFixed Rate.

  • When a Term Rate Mode of one year or longer or a Fixed Rate Mode for 2024 Series C-2 Bonds is in effect, interest shall be calculated on the basis of a 360 day year comprised of twelve 30-day months.

  • In the event the conditions described above in subsections (a) or (b), as applicable, of this Section 2.10 have not been satisfied by the applicable Mode Change Date, then the New Mode or Fixed Rate Mode, as the case may be, shall not take effect.

More Definitions of Fixed Rate Mode

Fixed Rate Mode. ’ means a Rate Mode in which Multi-Modal Bonds bear interest at a Fixed Rate. ‘‘Fixed Rate Period’’ means the period from and including the Conversion Date and extending to the
