Fixing Time definition
Fixing Time means, with respect to any ICE Swap Determination Date, approximately 11:00 a.m., New York City time.
Fixing Time have the meanings given to those terms in the ISDA Definitions.
Fixing Time means, in respect of CLI, approximately 11:00 a.m. Hong Kong time, provided that with respect to any currency pair that has a different fixing time determined in accordance with market convention for such currency pair as determined by the Bank in its sole and absolute discretion, the Fixing Time shall be determined by the Bank in its sole and absolute discretion in accordance with such market convention.

For any problem that cannot be fixed within the Fixing Time, a detailed report shall be established by VSM setting forth the exact reasons it cannot fix the problem within the Fixing Time.
Depending on the urgency, any problem shall be fixed in a time frame from 24 hours to 5 business days (the "Fixing Time").
In such case, VSM shall agree with Genicom International on an appropriate Fixing Time.
More Definitions of Fixing Time
Fixing Time. (where applicable) means, in respect of a CPI Deposit, the time on the Fixing Day prescribed by the Bank and notified to the Customer at which the Observation Period shall end;
