Fleet Mobilization Time definition

Fleet Mobilization Time is the amount of time, as is mutually agreed to between Company and Contractor, that Fleet Two is allowed to move between pads in order to set up and be Mobilized on Location. Fleet Two will be “Mobilized on Location” when Fleet Two is fully mobilized on a Company pad and fully capable of performing the Services.

Examples of Fleet Mobilization Time in a sentence

  • Neither Fleet Mobilization Time (defined below) nor any time period that the Parties may agree to, including a holiday or time period associated with a weather event, shall be Company or Contractor Non-Productive Time (each defined in Article 7(b)).

  • COMPLETION TIME means the period by ‘date/month’ specified in the ‘Letter of Intent/Award’ or date mutually agreed upon for handing over of the intended scope of work, the erected equipment/plant which are found acceptable by the Engineer, being of required standard and conforming to the specifications of the Contract.

  • Exchange Time means the time at which the right to exercise the Rights shall terminate pursuant to Section 3.1(c) hereof.

  • Interconnection Activation Date means the date that the construction of the joint facility Interconnection arrangement has been completed, trunk groups have been established, joint trunk testing is completed and trunks have been mutually accepted by the Parties.

  • Execution Time means the date and time that this Agreement is executed and delivered by the parties hereto.

  • Up time means the time period when specified services with specified technical and service standards are available to user(s)

  • Implementation Date means the date, occurring after the Approval Date, on which the Merger is implemented by the Merging Parties;

  • Central Clock Time or "CCT" means Central Daylight Time when Daylight Savings Time is in effect and Central Standard Time when Daylight Savings Time is not in effect.

  • Books Closure Date means the date and time to be determined by the Manager on which the register of Unitholders will be closed for the purpose of determining the entitlements of Unitholders to a Distribution;
