Fleet Vehicles definition

Fleet Vehicles means five or more vehicles under common ownership or operation.
Fleet Vehicles means vehicles owned by a business or government agency and used by the employees of the business or government agency for business purposes;
Fleet Vehicles means trucks, vans, and other vehicles, including motorized equipment, which are used as part of the operation of a principal use, but not including privately owned customer or employee vehicles.

  • The aggregate outstanding principal balance of the New Vehicle Loans made to finance Eligible New Vehicles (including Fleet Vehicles and Demos) owned by any New Vehicle Floorplan Dealership shall not at any time exceed the limit (“Dealership Loan Limit”) for such New Vehicle Floorplan Dealership which is agreed to between Agent and the Company from time to time or, if applicable, any manufacturer, distributor, dealership location or other sublimit set forth within such limit (“Dealership Sublimit”).

  • The local operations shall be responsible for, inter alia, the maintenance, rebalancing, relocating, and removing of Fleet Vehicles, and responding to complaints as received.


More Definitions of Fleet Vehicles

Fleet Vehicles means the motor vehicles listed in Schedule 6 which are used by the Commission in the Business under the Fleet Lease.
Fleet Vehicles means three or more motor vehicles registered in this state and used for commercial business or governmental purposes.
