Flexibility Services definition

Flexibility Services means, and more particularly described in Schedule 1, the services to be provided by the Provider to the Company under and in accordance with this Agreement which give the Company the ability to manage the load at a specific point of the Network at certain points in time;
Flexibility Services means Intracargo and Intraday flexibility services as further set out in clause 7.4.
Flexibility Services means, the Company's Dynamic Services, Company's Restore Services and Company's Secure Services as more particularly described in Schedule 1;

Examples of Flexibility Services in a sentence

  • Each DER shall have minute by minute or 30-minute metering with sufficient accuracy to enable the Company to monitor the provision of Flexibility Services.

  • The Company wishes to contract with providers and/or operators of suitable assets for the provision of such Flexibility Services.

More Definitions of Flexibility Services

Flexibility Services means the delivery onto the Distribution System of an increase in export or a reduction in import of Active Power specified in a Utilisation Instruction and provided in accordance with the terms of this Contract;

Flexibility Services means that a site can alter its electricity demand or generation, either by controlling its internal processes (e.g. heating and cooling demand), or using on-site storage or generation.
