Floating Rate Note definition

Floating Rate Note means a Note on which interest is calculated at a floating rate, payable in arrear on one or more Interest Payment Dates in each year as may be agreed between the Issuer and the relevant Dealer, as indicated in the applicable Final Terms;
Floating Rate Note means any Class A-2b Note.
Floating Rate Note means a floating rate note issued pursuant to an indenture or equivalent document by a corporation, partnership, limited liability company, trust or other person that is secured by a first or second priority perfected security interest or lien in or on specified collateral securing the issuer’s obligations under such note.

More Definitions of Floating Rate Note

Floating Rate Note means a Note on which interest is calculated at a floating rate payable one-, two-, three-, six- or twelve-monthly or in respect of such other period or on such date(s) as may be agreed between the Issuer and the relevant Dealer(s) (as indicated in the applicable Final Terms);
