Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, the Borrower and the Restricted Subsidiaries will maintain or cause to be maintained, with financially sound and reputable insurance companies, flood insurance with respect to each Flood Hazard Property that is located in a community that participates in the Flood Program, in each case in compliance with any applicable regulations of the Board of Governors or other applicable law.

Customer shall grant specific IMS' employees check-signing authority on any Restricted Account and the authority to initiate appropriate drawdowns against Customer's Letter of Credit, in order for IMS to act on Customer's behalf in making disbursements for Customer liabilities established by the Arrangement, the WYO Flood Program, and this Agreement.
