FLSA CTO definition

FLSA CTO. As used herein, "FLSA CTO" refers to hours actually worked by a sworn employee during a 28-day work period which exceed 171 hours and which are credited in CTO time banks as allowed in 29 U.S.C. §207(o).

  • Any balance of unused FLSA CTO will be paid out to the Employee in the last pay period of the calendar year in which it was earned.

  • For employees covered by FLSA, CTO credit earned as a result of standby shall be considered time worked for the purposes of qualifying for overtime.

  • SEBI Regulations means the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 together with the circulars issued thereunder, including any statutory modification(s) or re-enactment(s) thereof for the time being in force.
