Followed Policy definition
Followed Policy means the policy identified in the Schedule above.
Followed Policy means the Followed Policy set forth in Item 2(a) of the Schedule, as amended in accordance with the terms of the Followed Policy.
Followed Policy means the specific policy identified as the “Followed Policy”
Examples of Followed Policy in a sentence
Underlying binders must be received, reviewed and attached to the file with minimum of the binder for Followed Policy received prior to binding and releasing a policy number.
As respects Excess Liability Coverage, copies of the underlying binders and policies are required and the policy for the Followed Policy must be received and reviewed prior to issuance of the Bowhead policy.
Insureds means all persons and entities covered under the Followed Policy.
In no event shall this policy grant broader coverage than would be provided by the Followed Policy.
