Subject to Clause 30.5, as soon as practicable after the Affected Party issues the Force Majeure Notice, and at regular intervals thereafter, the Parties shall consult in good faith and use reasonable endeavours to agree any steps to be taken and an appropriate timetable in which those steps should be taken, to enable continued provision of the Services affected by the Force Majeure Event.
The Affected Party shall as soon as reasonably practicable issue a Force Majeure Notice, which shall include details of the Force Majeure Event, its effect on the obligations of the Affected Party and any action the Affected Party proposes to take to mitigate its effect.
As soon as practicable after receipt of the Force Majeure Notice, the Parties shall consult with each other in good faith and use reasonable endeavors to agree upon appropriate mitigation measures to be taken to mitigate the effect of the Force Majeure Event and facilitate continued performance of this Empanelment Agreement.
