Foreground Intellectual Property definition

Foreground Intellectual Property means all Intellectual Property developed by either Party pursuant to this Agreement;
Foreground Intellectual Property means all Intellectual Property conceived, created, acquired or initially reduced to practice in connection with this Order.
Foreground Intellectual Property means all Intellectual Property and tangible work product conceived, created, acquired, or first reduced to practice in connection with the Order.

  • The Consultant shall indemnify the Council against all costs and damages associated with infringements of Foreground Intellectual Property Rights in relation to the Services provided by the Consultant.

More Definitions of Foreground Intellectual Property

Foreground Intellectual Property means all Intellectual Property Made by or for a party in the performance of Work under this Contract.
Foreground Intellectual Property means any intellectual property that arises or is obtained or developed by, or on behalf of, the Contractor in respect of the Work in the course of or in connection with the provision of the Services excluding Learner Files;
Foreground Intellectual Property means any Intellectual Property arising from and developed in the course of the Project.

Foreground Intellectual Property means ideas, inventions, information, drawings, specifications, software, mask sets, and computer models, Data, designs, procedures, processes, computer software, and Works conceived, created, acquired or initially reduced to practice in connection with this Order and all intellectual property rights therein.
Foreground Intellectual Property means Intellectual Property that is discovered, created or reduced to practice in the performance of a Project.
