The Consultant shall indemnify the Council against all costs and damages associated with infringements of Foreground Intellectual Property Rights in relation to the Services provided by the Consultant.
The Council shall own the Foreground Intellectual Property Rights and the Consultant hereby assigns to the Company all existing and future Foreground Intellectual Property Rights in the deliverables and all materials embodying such rights to the fullest extent permitted by law.
