Foreground Intellectual Property definition

Foreground Intellectual Property means all Intellectual Property developed by either Party pursuant to this Agreement;
Foreground Intellectual Property means all Intellectual Property conceived, created, acquired or initially reduced to practice in connection with this Order.
Foreground Intellectual Property means all Intellectual Property and tangible work product conceived, created, acquired, or first reduced to practice in connection with the Order.

  • For purposes of this Section, “Protected Collaboration Assets” means (i) SunHydrogen Background Intellectual Property, (ii) 2024 TCA IP; (iii) Foreground Intellectual Property, and (iii) SunHydrogen Confidential Information.

  • SunHydrogen shall not use any Foreground Intellectual Property for the purpose of engaging other PV firms in manufacturing activities based on or incorporating CTF’s contributions, either directly or through a license agreement with a third party, without the prior written consent of CTF.

More Definitions of Foreground Intellectual Property

Foreground Intellectual Property means all Intellectual Property Made by or for a party in the performance of Work under this Contract.
Foreground Intellectual Property means any intellectual property that arises or is obtained or developed by, or on behalf of, the Contractor in respect of the Work in the course of or in connection with the provision of the Services excluding Learner Files;
Foreground Intellectual Property means any Intellectual Property arising from and developed in the course of the Project.
Foreground Intellectual Property means all Intellectual Property and Works conceived, created, acquired or initially reduced to practice in connection with this Order.
Foreground Intellectual Property means Intellectual Property created or developed by a Party in the course and scope, as a result of, and/or for the purpose of this Agreement;
Foreground Intellectual Property means all Intellectual Property generated through Work carried out under, or directly or indirectly funded through, this Contract.
Foreground Intellectual Property means Intellectual Property that is discovered, created or reduced to practice in the performance of a Project.
