Foreign Accounts definition

Foreign Accounts means the deposit accounts and the securities accounts held by the Borrower outside of the United States.
Foreign Accounts has the meaning given such term in Section 7.13 of this Agreement.
Foreign Accounts means Accounts with respect to which the account debtor does not have its principal place of business in the United States.

More Definitions of Foreign Accounts

Foreign Accounts means Accounts with respect to which the obligor is a Person which is (i) organized under the laws of a jurisdiction other than the United States of America, any State of the United States of America or the District of Columbia, in the case of a Person which is not a natural person, or (ii) a citizen of a country other than the United States of America, in the case of a natural person.
Foreign Accounts is defined in Section 6.6(a).
Foreign Accounts shall have the meaning assigned thereto in clause (vii) of the definition of Eligible Accounts Receivable.
Foreign Accounts means Accounts arising from account debtors located outside the United States or Canada.
