Foreign Buyer definition

Foreign Buyer. A Buyer that is not a U.S. Person.

More Definitions of Foreign Buyer

Foreign Buyer means (a) if the Seller is a U.S. Person, a Buyer that is not a U.S. Person, and (b) if the Seller is not a U.S. Person, a Buyer that is resident or organized under the laws of a jurisdiction other than that in which the Seller is resident for tax purposes.

Foreign Buyer is defined in Section 11(f)(ii).

Foreign Buyer shall have the meaning assigned thereto in Section 8(d) hereof.

Foreign Buyer means any Buyer that is organized under the laws of a jurisdiction other than the one in which Seller is located. For purposes of this definition, the United States of America, each state thereof and the District of Columbia shall be deemed to constitute a single jurisdiction.
