Foreign Registrar definition

Foreign Registrar means the entity that carries out the duties of registrar for the Shares and any other agent of the Company for the transfer and registration of Shares, including, without limitation, any securities depository for the Shares.

Foreign Registrar means the Issuer which currently carries out the duties of registrar for the Shares or any successor as registrar for the Shares and any agent of the Issuer hereafter appointed for the transfer and registration of Shares.

Foreign Registrar means the accredited financial intermediary in France appointed as agent of the Issuer for the transfer and registration of Shares or any successor as registrar for the Shares.

• Any person presenting Shares for deposit or any Owner or Holder may be required from time to time to file with the Depositary or the Custodian such proof of citizenship or residence, exchange control approval, or such information relating to the registration on the books of the Company or the Foreign Registrar, if applicable, to execute such certificates and to make such representations and warranties, as the Depositary may deem necessary or proper.

Foreign Registrar means Caja de Valores S.A., a company incorporated with limited liability under the laws of the Argentine Republic (“Caja de Valores”), which presently carries out the duties of registrar for the Shares of the Issuer or any successor as registrar for the Shares of the Issuer and any other appointed agent of the Issuer for the transfer and registration of Shares.

Foreign Registrar means the entity that presently carries out the duties of registrar for the CPOs or any successor as registrar for the CPOs and any other agent of the Company for the transfer and registration of CPOs, including without limitation any securities depository for the CPOs.
