Foreign Security Document definition

Foreign Security Document means each Security Document other than a U.S. Security Document.
Foreign Security Document means each Security Document other than a U.S. Security Document (including, without limitation, each Foreign Pledge Agreement and each Foreign Security Agreement).

More Definitions of Foreign Security Document

Foreign Security Document means each pledge, security or guarantee agreement or trust deed among the Collateral Agent and one or more Foreign Loan Parties that is reasonably acceptable to the Collateral Agent, together with each other agreement, instrument or document required or reasonably requested by the Administrative Agent to pledge, grant and/or perfect the Lien on any property of any Foreign Loan Party (or the equivalent under applicable foreign law).
Foreign Security Document means a Guaranty, pledge, mortgage, personal property mortgage, security agreement, assignment, security instrument, hypothecation, charge or other agreement or document by which any Foreign Subsidiary grants or otherwise conveys to the Agent or any Affiliate of the Agent for the benefit of the Agent, or any agent or trustee for or on behalf of the Agent or any such Affiliate, any Guaranty, pledge, lien, security interest, hypothec, mortgage, charge, collateral assignment or similar interest in property of such Foreign Subsidiary as security for the Obligations or any portion thereof, and any and all renewals, extensions, modifications, amendments or restatements thereof.
Foreign Security Document means a Guaranty, pledge, mortgage, personal property mortgage, security agreement, assignment, security instrument, hypothecation, charge or other agreement or document by which any Foreign Subsidiary grants or otherwise conveys to the Agent or any Affiliate of the Agent for the benefit of the Agent, or any agent or trustee for or on behalf of the Agent or any such Affiliate, any Guaranty, pledge, lien, security interest, mortgage, charge, collateral assignment or similar interest in property of such Foreign Subsidiary as security for the Obligations or any portion thereof, and any and all renewals, extensions, modifications, amendments or restatements thereof.
Foreign Security Document means, collectively, (i) the Dutch Security Documents, (ii) the German Security Documents , (iii) the English Security Documents and (iv) each other security agreement, pledge agreement, mortgage, trust deed or other document or instrument which is governed by laws other than the laws of the United States, any state thereof or the District of Columbia or Dutch law or English Law or German law, and which is executed and delivered pursuant to the terms hereof or any other Loan Document, to pledge, grant and/or perfect the Lien (or the equivalent under applicable foreign law) on any property of any Loan Party, in each case, in form and substance reasonably satisfactory to Agent.
Foreign Security Document means each security agreement, pledge agreement, mortgage or other document or instrument which is governed by the laws other than the laws of the United States, any state thereof or the District of Columbia and which is executed and delivered pursuant to the terms hereof or any other Loan Document, to secure any of the Secured Obligations.
Foreign Security Document means each agreement, instrument, certificate and other document listed on Schedule 1.01(E) hereto.
Foreign Security Document means the Canadian Security Documents, the UK Security Documents and any other Guaranty, pledge, Mortgage, personal property mortgage, security agreement, assignment, security instrument, hypothecation, charge or other agreement or document by which any Foreign Subsidiary grants or otherwise conveys to the Agent or any Affiliate of the Agent for the benefit of the Agent, or any other Person for or on behalf of the Agent or any such Affiliate, any Guaranty, pledge, lien, security interest, mortgage, charge, collateral assignment or similar interest in property of such Foreign Subsidiary as security for the Obligations or any portion thereof, and any and all renewals, extensions, modifications, amendments or restatements thereof.
