  • In addition, on each Payment Date, the Servicer shall forward to the Owner Trustee, the Indenture Trustee, the Collateral Agent and each Note Rating Agency, a report containing all material information listed in Item 1121 of Regulation AB but not otherwise included in the Asset Pool One Monthly Servicer’s Certificate or any Monthly Noteholders’ Statement, which report shall be included in the Issuing Entity’s monthly distribution report on Form 10-D to be filed with the Commission.

  • The vote to direct such an Asset Representations Review must be completed within one hundred and fifty (150) days following the filing with the Commission of the Form 10-D disclosing the Delinquency Trigger Breach.
