  • None of the Master Servicer, Special Servicer or Additional Servicer shall be required to cause the delivery of any such statement until April 15 in any given year so long as it has received written confirmation from the Depositor (or, in the case of an Other Securitization, the related Other Depositor) that a report on Form 10-K is not required to be filed in respect of the Trust or the trust for any Other Securitization for the preceding calendar year.
