Form 8-K. As defined in the Pooling and Servicing Agreement.

Form 8-K means a current report on Form 8-K under the Exchange Act.

Form 8-K means a report on Form 8-K required to be filed pursuant to Section 13 or Section 15(d) of the Exchange Act.
