Form of Assignment definition

Form of Assignment means a certificate in substantially the form attached hereto as Exhibit C accounting for the transfer of Warrants.

Form of Assignment means the form set forth at the foot of this Warrant.

Form of Assignment means the “Form of Assignment” attached as Attachment 4 to the Form of Note attached hereto as Exhibit A.

Examples of Form of Assignment in a sentence

• No transfer of any Note prior to the Resale Restriction Termination Date will be registered by the Note Registrar unless the applicable box on the Form of Assignment and Transfer has been checked.

• The Company shall register the transfer of any portion of this Warrant in the Warrant Register, upon surrender of this Warrant, with the Form of Assignment attached hereto duly completed and signed, to the Company at its address specified herein.

• In the event the certification set forth above in the Form of Assignment or the Form of Election to Purchase, as the case may be, is not completed, the Company and the Rights Agent will deem the beneficial owner of the Rights evidenced by this Right Certificate to be an Acquiring Person or an Affiliate or Associate thereof (as defined in the Rights Agreement) and such Assignment or Election to Purchase will not be honored.

• The signature in the Form of Assignment or Form of Election to Purchase, as the case may be, must conform to the name as written upon the face of this Right Certificate in every particular, without alteration or enlargement or any change whatsoever.

• In the event the certification set forth above in the Form of Assignment or the Form of Election to Purchase, as the case may be, is not completed, such Assignment or Election to Purchase will not be honored.

More Definitions of Form of Assignment

Form of Assignment means an assignment that will be in substantially the same form as that attached to this Agreement as Exhibit B.

Form of Assignment means the warrant assignment form attached to this Warrant as Exhibit B.

Form of Assignment means the “Form of Assignment” attached as Attachment 1 to the Form of Note attached hereto as Exhibit A.

Form of Assignment means the form of Assignment of Warrant attached to this Warrant Certificate.
