  • This Agreement, together with the Form of Release attached hereto as Exhibit A and the Confidentiality and Proprietary Rights Assignment Agreement attached hereto as Exhibit B (the “Proprietary Rights Agreement”), contains the entire understanding of the Parties with regard to its subject matter and supersedes all prior agreements and understandings between the Parties with regard to their subject matter.

Related to Form of Release

  • Form of Agreement means the form of agreement contained in Part D of the RFP;

  • Pre-Release shall have the meaning set forth in Section 2.09.
