Form of Transfer definition

Form of Transfer means the form of transfer annexed hereto as Schedule “B”;
Form of Transfer means the form of transfer endorsed on a Definitive Registered Note in the form or substantially in the form set out in Part IX of Schedule 2;
Form of Transfer means the form of transfer endorsed on a Definitive Registered Note in the form or substantially in the form set out in Part 8 of Schedule 2;

Examples of Form of Transfer in a sentence

  • If any Common Shares are to be issued to a person or persons other than the registered holder, the registered holder must pay to the Warrant Agent all eligible transfer taxes or other government charges, if any, and the Form of Transfer must be duly executed.

  • Any such transfer shall be made in person or by the Holder’s duly authorized attorney, upon surrender of this Warrant together with the Form of Transfer attached hereto properly endorsed.

  • Any transfer to a Transferee hereunder shall be conducted by using the Form of Transfer, substantially in the form of Exhibit B hereto.

  • In connection with any transfer of interests between the Global Notes, the transferee and the transferor shall deliver the required Form of Transfer Notice in this Section 6.

  • Common Form of Transfer There shall be a common form of transfer for the Bonds held in physical form and relevant provisions of the Companies Act and all other applicable laws shall be duly complied with in respect of all transfer of the Bonds and registration thereof.

Form of Transfer means the form of transfer for Warrant Certificates in the form set forth in Appendix 1 to the Warrant Certificate;

Form of Transfer means the form of transfer endorsed on a Registered Definitive Covered Bond substantially in the form set out in Part 8 of Schedule 2 to the Trust Deed; Forward Starting Covered Bond Swap Agreement means each agreement between the LLP, the relevant Covered Bond Swap Provider and the Security Trustee in respect of a Series or Tranche, as applicable, of Covered Bonds which provides a hedge against certain interest rate, currency and/or other risks in respect of amounts received by the LLP under the Loans in the Portfolio and the Interest Rate Swap and amounts payable by the LLP under the Covered Bond Guarantee in respect of Covered Bonds (after service of a Notice to Pay or the service of an LLP Acceleration Notice) in the form of an ISDA Master Agreement, including a schedule, one or more confirmations and a credit support annex; Framework means a comprehensive framework, the text of which was published by the Basel Committee on Banking Supervision in June 2004 under the title " International Convergence of Capital Measurement and Capital Standards: a Revised Framework – Comprehensive Version"; FSMA means the Financial Services and Markets Act 2000, as amended; Further Advance means, in relation to a Loan, any advance of further money to the relevant Borrower following the making of the Initial Advance, which is secured by the same Mortgage as the Initial Advance, excluding the amount of any retention advanced to the relevant Borrower as part of the Initial Advance after completion of the Mortgage, and does not include a Flexible Loan Drawing;
Form of Transfer means a Form of Transfer in the form set out in Annex A to the Form of Definitive Registered Certificate set out in Schedule 2 to the Trust Deed, as the same may be amended, supplemented and/or modified from time to time in accordance with the provisions of the Trust Deed.
