Formal Grievance means a complaint against a certified school that is submitted on forms provided by the department and completes the review process through the final disposition.
Formal Grievance as used in this Article refers to a written allegation by an employee that there has been a violation, misapplication, or misinterpretation of a specific term(s) of this Agreement, existing City Rule, Regulation or policy.
