Former Facility definition

Former Facility means each plant, office, manufacturing facility, store, warehouse, improvement, administrative building and all real property and related facilities which was owned, leased or operated by Seller at any time prior to the date hereof, but excluding any Facilities.

More Definitions of Former Facility

Former Facility means a Facility that will be owned, Controlled, operated, leased, subleased or managed by a Successor Facility Operator immediately following consummation of a Facility Divestiture or Facility Operator Divestiture.

Former Facility means a facility or property previously owned or operated by TPI or its predecessors in the conduct of the Containerboard Business that is not located on the Real Property or the Retained Real Property.
