Former Service Provider definition

Former Service Provider means any provider of services which are substantially similar to any of the Services which the Customer received before the commencement of this Agreement;
Former Service Provider means a Service Provider supplying the Services to the Customer before the Relevant Transfer Date that are the same as or substantially similar to the Services (or any part of the Services) including any Assignment, and shall include any sub-contractor of such Service Provider (or any sub-contractor of any such sub-contractor);
Former Service Provider means each director, officer, consultant, employee or other service provider whose employment or service with Parent and its Subsidiaries terminated prior to the Effective Time.

More Definitions of Former Service Provider

Former Service Provider means a Former Pluto Service Provider or Former Spinco Service Provider.

Former Service Provider means any service provider who provided services the same as or similar to the Services to the Council immediately prior to the Commencement Date;
Former Service Provider has the meaning specified in Section 3.04(b).
Former Service Provider means a Participant who is no longer a Service Provider.
