Furthermore, unless expressly provided for in this Agreement, the Separation Agreement or in any Ancillary Agreement or required by applicable Law, no provision in this Agreement shall be construed to create any right to accelerate vesting distributions or entitlements under any Plan sponsored or maintained by a member of the Pluto Group or member of the Spinco Group on the part of any Service Provider or Former Service Provider.
